Considering that most of South Scottsdale is made up of homes and condos built 30 to 40 years ago. I want to create a section on this website for recommendations of local contractors (AC, Roof, Plumber, Electrician, Landscaping, Pool,). Hopefully you get the picture.

Much like in real estate, I think a referral, even an indirect referral is better then going through the phone book.

I would ask that you include only contractors that you LIKE, I don’t want this section to be full of complaints. That’s not the idea.

Also, please include what type of work you had done and how much you paid. This will hopefully help guide everybody towards the right person and give some idea of what particular job might cost.

There will be some information on them if they are a licensed contractor.
