If you live in South Scottsdale you might not have noticed that several months ago a new doughnut store opened up just south of Hayden and Osborn. It is in the same location of the short lived Kings Doughnuts. If you thought this place was the same doughnut shop with a new name you would be completely mistaken. Born & Glazed is more like the world famous Voodoo doughnut in Portland, Oregon. They make some of the classics but also make some doughnuts that are very original. The Samoas doughnut based off of the girl scout cookie is awesome as is the Salted Carmel doughnut.
